What is CUE?
CUE is a non-profit, member-led community that provides the latest best practices for improving labor and employee relations. CUE has over 100 member organizations representing a cross-section of business and industry, from small firms to Fortune 500 companies. We are dedicated to assisting organizations that believe that their employees deserve a workplace that is built around flexibility, productivity, quality of work life, fairness, and the opportunity to succeed and participate in decisions affecting one's future.

Elizabeth Huston, Executive Director
Early in her career, Elizabeth learned how membership nonprofits could advance a mission, multiplying impact by bringing together individuals working toward a common purpose to share information, insight, and experiences. At CUE, Elizabeth takes pride in fostering a strong, collaborative community among members, leveraging her organizational expertise to support their shared goals and further the mission of creating the best possible workplaces.

CUE Consultants Advisory Committee (CCAC) Committee
The CUE Consultants Advisory Committee (CCAC) is a carefully-selected group of experts in labor relations strategies and consulting, employee engagement, training, analysis/research and communications. The widely-recognized and -respected members of the CCAC have decades of experience across a wide range of industries in virtually every conceivable labor and employee situation, and are pleased to freely share their insights and expertise with CUE members at CUE conferences and beyond.
Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee (LLAC) Committee
The Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee (LLAC) is comprised of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable labor lawyers from throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico who have spent their professional careers helping businesses navigate the complexities of labor law and employee relations. The LLAC’s primary purpose is to provide CUE and its members with legal information, strategic insight about compliance with the law, and advice about employee relations. As part of their commitment to CUE, LLAC members actively participate in CUE meetings and workshops to enhance CUE members’ legal knowledge and employee-relations skills. LLAC attorneys also provide ongoing valuable legal information and strategic advice to keep our members union free and, when needed, may be engaged to assist companies through union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and the litigation of grievances, arbitrations, and NLRB proceedings.

Membership
Joining CUE is easy. There are just a few steps.
Step 1: Complete this form requesting an invitation to join CUE. Introduce your company and provide essential information, such as your purpose and the number of employees.
Step 2: Upon acceptance, an invoice for your annual membership will be emailed. Upon payment of the invoice, congratulations! Your company has officially become a member of CUE.
Step 3: As a member of CUE, your whole team enjoys the benefits. Share the contact information for key representatives and other team members who should be included in the CUE membership.

The membership fee is based on the number of employees in your company. Reach out to CUE at director@cueinc.com to find out the rates for your company.
Thirty days before your membership expiration, an email with an invoice is sent to the Billing Contact on the company account. Upon payment by credit card or check, the membership is renewed. If your membership has lapsed, please contact CUE at director@cueinc.com to renew your membership.
Online Access
Profile updates can be made through CUE’s online membership portal. To make updates, log into the portal. Click “Edit this profile.” When completed, click “Save This Profile.”
To update the contacts associated with your company, log in to the CUE online portal. Click “Switch Profiles” to access the organizational profile. Then click "Relationships." From there, you can add profiles, delete profiles, and adjust roles for each team member.
Your username is the work email associated with your CUE account. To reset your password, simply click “Forgot Password” on the member login page. You can also reach out to the director at director@cueinc.com for assistance.
Programming
All CUE members are invited to attend any event in which they are interested. One can also become involved with the community by posting or answering a question within the CUE online portal.
Absolutely! CUE members have many opportunities to contribute to the CUE-mmunity. There are three committees of which you can be a part: membership, member services, and the conference planning committee. If you are interested in serving, simply reach out to CUE at director@cueinc.com to discuss how to become involved.
All CUE events outside the semiannual conferences are exclusive to CUE membership.
CUE does not provide a member directory, but it is easy to communicate with CUE members through our online community. To enter the community, simply log in here.
Events
To register for an event, log into your CUE online portal. Then, click on the event you would like to attend and complete the form. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent confirming the details of the event. A calendar invitation will also be sent for some events, including webinars.
Yes. In the event registration form, simply indicate the number of registrations you would like to acquire on the “Select Items” page. The system will then prompt you to add information about each attendee. If the attendee is already associated with your CUE account, you can select them from the Profile drop-down menu. If the attendee does not currently have a profile, you need to type in the information. Don’t forget to include yourself among the attendees if you plan on joining us!
All CUE events outside the semiannual conferences are exclusive to CUE membership. To attend, don’t hesitate to get in touch with CUE at director@cueinc.com to request information about pursuing membership or complete the request for an invitation by completing the membership form.
For the semiannual CUE conferences, both Fall and Spring, CUE welcomes representatives from potential member companies. Please note that registration for CUE Conferences is limited to employees of private sector companies. All non-member attendees must be approved for attendance, so please do not make any nonrefundable travel arrangements prior to confirmation of your registration.
